Welcome to Design on Demand. By accessing or using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

2. Services

Design on Demand provides virtual interior design consultations and related guidance services. All services are advisory in nature and are intended to offer professional insight, direction, and recommendations.

We do not provide full-service interior design, project management, purchasing, construction services, or on-site supervision unless explicitly stated.

3. Booking & Payment

All consultations must be booked and paid for in full at the time of booking.

Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change at any time. Payment is securely processed through our website.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • All sessions are non-refundable once booked.

  • You may reschedule your session using the link provided in your confirmation email, subject to designer availability.

  • Missed sessions or failure to attend a scheduled appointment are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If technical issues on our end prevent a session from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

5. Session Recording

Clients may record their consultation for personal reference only. Any recording may not be shared, distributed, or used commercially without written consent from Design on Demand and the designer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, and design, is the property of Design on Demand or its contributors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Design advice, recommendations, and materials shared during consultations are intended for personal use only.

7. Portfolio & Attribution

Some portfolio images displayed on the website include work completed while designers were working under other firms or collaborators. Proper credit is provided where applicable.

8. Designer Collective & Affiliate Disclosure

Design on Demand works with independent interior designers as part of its Designer Collective. Designers are not employees of Design on Demand.

In some cases, designers may recommend products, services, or resources. These recommendations are based on professional judgment and experience. Design on Demand does not guarantee outcomes, availability, pricing, or performance of third-party products or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Design on Demand is not responsible for decisions, purchases, or actions taken based on consultation advice. All design decisions and implementations remain the responsibility of the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design on Demand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
